Building your Construction Dispute Practice through RCI’s “Meet the Neutrals” Speed Networking Event

The Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI), Inc., in partnership with the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law (FCL), presents the “Meet the Neutrals” Speed Networking Event on February 5,2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Dana Point, CA. This event connects emerging arbitrators with
experienced construction industry advocates looking to expand and diversify their selection pools, through rotating group sessions, fostering professional relationships and sharing experiences.

We are soliciting applications for arbitrators and selectors who seek to participate in a speed-networking event designed to connect those who select ADR professionals in the construction industry with arbitrators and other neutrals with whom they may not have previously worked, to
bring fresh perspectives and talent to the field. Arbitrator applicants must have arbitral hearing and award experience, with strong preference given to those with at least fifteen years of experience hearing and deciding construction disputes. Selector applicants must work in a role
where they are actively involved in the selection of dispute resolution neutrals.

This event is only for attendees of the FCL’s Midwinter Conference, and will be held on February 5, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Dana Point, CA. All participants in this event must register separately with the ABA Forum on Construction Law as attendees of the 2026 Midwinter Conference
“Changing Landscapes: New and Effective ADR Strategies”.
Proof of registration for the Midwinter Conference is required for this program.
