RCI, Inc. Partners with A4A to Host a Meet the Neutrals Event for the Airline Industry

The Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI), Inc., in partnership with Airlines for America (A4A), presents the “Meet the Neutrals Speed Networking Event” on September 16, 2025, at the Palmer House, Chicago, IL. This event connects emerging arbitrators with experienced labor-management advocates through rotating group sessions, fostering professional relationships and sharing experiences.

For Arbitrators

Applicants must have arbitral hearing and award experience not necessarily limited to airlines. Experience in the federal service, healthcare, or railroad industries will be eligible for consideration. Membership in the National Academy of Arbitrators is not a prerequisite for consideration for participation in this event. Newer arbitrators with at least 5 years of experience are invited to apply. National Academy of Arbitrators members with 5-15 years of experience are encouraged to apply as well.

In order to afford each arbitrator a meaningful experience, a limited number of arbitrators will be selected. Applications are open now and will be considered on a rolling basis until noon, Monday, August 25th. Selected arbitrators will be invoiced a $75 registration fee that must be paid by 5:00 p.m. August 29th to avoid cancellation.
